Content Restoration

Disaster knows no boundaries. All too often, a disaster means that the contents of the property are damaged as well. Damaged contents are often salvageable with timely professional expertise. With a keen attention to detail and an exceptional appreciation of the effects of disaster, our skilled professionals determine what is salvageable. We create an electronic inventory, carefully pack contents, and transport them to our content restoration facility where each item is conscientiously restored to a pre-loss condition.

Damage mitigation is directly correlated to response time and the deployment of effective restorative techniques. Time is critical and environmental control can mean the difference between saving valuable possessions, electronics, and equipment from the effects of
corrosion and sending it to the junkyard. Immediate stabilization can be achieved by protecting affected surfaces and employing effective environmental controls. Rapid response frequently alleviates the need for expensive and time-consuming replacement.

Methods of Contents Restoration

§         Dry Cleaning
Used for the removal of light to medium non-grease based soils, or to pre-clean excess residues prior to wet cleaning.

§         Wet Cleaning
An effective and aggressive cleaning method for removing moderate to heavy residues.

§         Spray and Wipe
Effective for materials that might be damaged if saturated with cleaning product.

§         Abrasive Cleaning
Involves agitation of the surface being cleaned.

Immersion Cleaning
Effective for materials that can withstand being completely saturated with the cleaning product. Contents are dipped into a bath of the cleaning product.
