From Day One, Rene’s focus on customer service, professionalism and a first class operation has set the standard in restoration.
He began working in the cleaning and restoration business in the early 1980’s. He soon saw a need for quality cleaning and restoration businesses. In response to this need, he opened Super Steamer in 1986. His clients immediately noticed the difference, and Super Steamer quickly began to grow. As he continued to serve the community, Rene noticed more and more of Super’s customers were in need of a quality emergency service company. So in 1996, Super Steamer evolved into Super Restoration.
Since then, Super Restoration’s success has been built around the same core values Rene has focused on from the start. Today, Super Restoration has the cleanest trucks, newest available technology and provides the best service. But Mr. Vargas ensures that his premium service is affordable, offering the same prices or better than his competitors.
Always focused on the needs of his community, Rene is helping to provide high-quality restoration service by spending much of his time working with others who are building their own restoration business. With each and every one, he stresses the same principles and core values.
Rene Vargas Jr.
Rene would say that he has been in the family business since he was born… the company was founded when he was just 4 years old! From carpet cleaning to water extraction, Rene has been involved within all divisions of the business. Cleaning and restoration are second nature to him.
In 2000, Rene went on to Colgate University. There he majored in International Relations and Economics, and proudly played Center for the Raiders football team. After graduation in 2004, Rene returned home to Miami, Florida. He was eager to continue to grow the family business, and so put processes in place that would take the company to the next level. Like his father, he passionately seeks to increase his level of disaster restoration service to the community.
To make everyone in the region aware of their choices in restoration, Rene assisted in developing a restoration marketing program. He also took charge of creating continuing education courses for local decision makers, in order to help the entire community prepare for impending disasters. Rene has also been instrumental in implementing the technological processes that distinguish Super Restoration from all others.
Director of Operations
Daniel is the heart of Super Restoration. Born the year that Super Restoration was founded, Daniel has seen the company evolve and has been a key component of the Super Restoration story.
Focused on providing public service, Daniel became one of the youngest licensed paramedics and certified firefighters in Miami Dade County. In 2010, after three years of service in the Miami Dade Fire Department, Daniel decided it was time serve his community through the family business. His firefighting experience has provided him a unique perspective for his work in the restoration business.
Since joining Super Restoration, Daniel has been instrumental in creating more efficient performance through the development of improved operations strategy. His integral role in research and development of restoration products and procedures has allowed Super Restoration to continually improve the service it provides its clients. And true to his passion for service and helping others, he is responsible for the education and training of restoration technicians.
From handling a loss that has affected a family of four, to coordinating efforts to mitigate a major catastrophe requiring full utilization of our Disaster Recovery Team, Daniel ensures that the level of service and consistency in superior restoration strategies are never compromised.
District Manager- Miami
John Paul is the definition of a team player. He joined the Super Restoration family in 2005 as a salesman in our Miami market. With his passion for service through restoration, and his commitment to the Super Restoration core values, John Paul soon became an elemental personality within the company. Applying his savvy business sense and relentlessness, he successfully built relationships with many key decision makers in our local market. Because of his unwavering efforts, the entire region is now more prepared than ever for impending disasters… both in reducing the damage potential and in quickly restoring the affected areas so the community can move forward.
John Paul’s account management skills are second to none. Together with his ability to build relationships and maintain positive partnerships, John Paul embodies the trust that is essential to business success. He has been instrumental in developing, marketing and instilling our company’s mission of performing the highest level of quality restoration services at competitive prices.
Under his direction, Super Restoration has expanded its capacity for providing contingency consulting for commercial and institutional clients. In 2012, JP moved into the role of District Manager. In this role, he assists and leads other Sales Representatives, keeping the Super Restoration values of teamwork, excellence, and respect always at the forefront.
John Paul is an active member in several industry associations including Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA), Community Association Institute (CAI) & many more.
Business Development Manager
Leeyen Sieza joined the Super Restoration family in 2010 and serves as Super Restoration’s Business Development Manager. Because of her innovative thinking, creative problem-solving and goal-driven momentum, she is now recognized as an industry leader in business development, diversification and contingency planning.
Throughout her career, Leeyen has emphasized delivering programs, services and tailored customer solutions. Understanding there is not a “one size fits all” solution – because each person, family, and business is different – Leeyen focuses on developing ways Super Restoration is able to customize services for every need.
Leeyen approaches every business challenge and every phase of the disaster recovery process with an unstoppable “get things done” attitude. She is determined find new ways to solve client problems and improve services. No problem is too big or too small. She tackles them all with abandon to ensure our customers receive top quality restoration services at fair prices.
