Odor Removal

Odor removal requires a lot of common sense. It’s amazing that professionals still think they can eliminate odors by shampooing or spraying a deodorizer. Nothing is farther from the truth. Many odors are caused by micro-organisms such as bacteria, mold, and mildew. Not only does shampooing not eradicate these odors, it spreads them over a much wider area. You must kill odor-causing organisms with very specialized techniques.

During a fire, heat drives smoke into every accessible opening, so the smoke becomes deeply imbedded in fabrics and other porous items. Smoke odors can be difficult to remove due to its penetration and absorption into building materials. Different surfaces require different treatments, and our technicians are well-trained in what works best. Our cutting-edge odor-removal techniques include:

ü      Hot and Wet Fogging smoke-damaged areas

ü      Ozone Treatment

ü      HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) air scrubbing treatments

Super Restoration service technicians have the knowledge, products and equipment to permanently remove these strong odors.
